The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over calls. Key Responsibili es  Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.  Explain products, services, and offers in the customer's preferred language.  Generate quali ied leads and convert them into sales.  Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.  Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.  Update customer interactions in the CRM/system.  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.  Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.  Coordinate with internal teams for customer issue resolution.  Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria  Graduate or Undergraduate (Graduation preferred).  Preferred work 1-3 yrs experience in Life Insurance industry Telecalling, BPO,  Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Language Requirements  Fluent in English and at least one regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada,  Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Odia, or Assamese. Required Skills  Excellent verbal communication skills.  Fluency in English and regional language(s).  Good convincing and negotiation skills.  Customer-centric approach.  Ability to work under targets.  Basic computer knowledge (MS Of ice/CRM).  Good listening and problem-solving skills.  Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Skills  Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, or BPO.  Knowledge of CRM applications.  Multilingual communication ability is an added advantage.
