We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to prospective customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and following up with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain our products and services clearly.
  • Generate and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain customer details and call records.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
