Inbound & Outbound Calling


Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound: Answer customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide product support.
  • Outbound: Make calls for lead qualification, sales, surveys, and customer follow-ups.
  • CRM & Admin: Log call details, update account records, and meet daily activity targets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of call center, customer service, or telecalling experience.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and VoIP software.
