We are looking for energetic and passionate candidates to join our sales team.

Responsibilities

Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role.

Male: Sales Executive (Bike Must)

Female: Tele sales

Customer Interaction 

Language Skills: Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.

Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets effectively.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to showcase the projects value effectively.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple site visits and follow-ups efficiently
