Job Description
Relationship Manager – Voice Process (Loan Products)Products: Supply Chain Finance, Export Finance, Commercial Vehicle Finance
Role: Handle inbound/outbound calls to sell and service loan products for SMEs, exporters, and fleet owners. Manage the full cycle from lead conversion to disbursement and portfolio retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch and explain loan products (features, eligibility, pricing) over calls
- Convert leads into disbursed loans; cross-sell/upsell to existing clients
- Coordinate with credit/ops teams for documentation, KYC, and disbursement
- Handle client queries on repayment, status, and statements
- Meet monthly targets on disbursement volume and retention
- Maintain CRM accuracy and call quality/compliance standards
Requirements
- Graduate (Finance/Commerce preferred); 1–4 years in BFSI voice/tele-sales
- Basic knowledge of trade finance & vehicle/asset finance
- Strong communication and target-driven mindset
