🎯 JOB SUMMARYSree Durga Industries is looking for an experienced Welder / Fitter with strong hands-on knowledge of fitting, welding, arc welding, and metal joining operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing welding and fitting work accurately and safely in a full-time day-shift role.

- Perform welding and fitting work as per job requirements.
- Carry out arc welding and metal joining operations.
- Read and understand basic measurements and fitting requirements.
- Perform fitting, alignment, and assembly of metal components.
- Ensure proper welding quality, strength, and finish.
- Operate welding and fitting tools and equipment safely.
- Inspect completed welding and fitting work for defects.
- Maintain proper workplace safety and follow operational procedures.
- Complete assigned jobs within the required time and quality standards.
- Support other fabrication and fitting activities as required.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experienced Welder / Fitter with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of arc welding, fitting, and metal joining.
- Able to perform welding and fitting operations independently.
- Good understanding of welding tools, equipment, and work procedures.
- Comfortable working in a full-time day-shift environment.
- Safety-conscious and quality-focused.
- 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:
- 💵 Fixed Salary: ₹20,800 – ₹26,000/month
- 📈 Salary will be based on skills & experience
- 🎁 Incentive: ₹5,000 based on performance
