• Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and working professionals regarding available courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
• Understand students’ career goals, educational backgrounds, and interests to recommend suitable courses.
• Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into course enrollments.
• Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, batch schedules, certification, and placement support.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
• Handle student and parent queries professionally and resolve their concerns.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/enrollment targets.
• Conduct career guidance sessions and assist students in making informed career decisions.
• Coordinate with the academic and placement teams regarding student requirements and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, promotional activities, and educational events when required.
• Build positive relationships with students and ensure a good admission experience.
• Required Skills1–4 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Student Counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good presentation and counseling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
