Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant** to join our team in Vadapalani, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good attention to detail, and the ability to handle day-to-day accounting activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documentation.

* Handle invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment-related entries.

* Assist with payment collection and follow-ups.

* Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables.

* Assist in GST-related activities and filing.

* Assist with TDS-related activities and compliance.

* Support Income Tax (IT) filing activities.

* Perform accounting entries and maintain records using Tally.

* Coordinate with internal teams for finance and payment-related requirements.

* Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Eligibility

For Freshers

* Candidates with a degree/diploma in B.Com, M.Com, or related Accounts/Finance field are preferred.

* Tally Certification is Mandatory.

* Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

* Good communication and basic computer skills.

* Willingness to learn and grow in the Accounts & Finance field.

* Immediate joiners preferred.

For Experienced Candidates

Candidates should have practical experience in:

* Tally

* GST

* Income Tax (IT) Filing

* TDS

* Payment Collection & Follow-ups

* Day-to-day accounting operations

Salary

* Freshers: ₹12,000 per month

* Experienced Candidates: Salary will be provided based on experience, skills, and performance.

Preferred Candidate

*Female candidates preferred.

*Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
