Job Description
💼 Hiring: Customer Billing Executive (Customs Broker / Freight Forwarder)
Location: Chennai
We are looking for a customer billing executive with experience in the customs broker/freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate job-wise customer invoices.
- Ensure billing as per customer contracts and rate cards.
- Verify GST details and generate GST-compliant invoices/e-invoices.
- Coordinate with Operations for billing documents and shipment details.
- Maintain billing records and support audit compliance.
- Prevent billing errors and revenue leakage.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding billing.
- Knowledge of GST, e-Invoicing, and customer billing processes.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally (preferred).
