Accounts and Finance Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts & Finance Coordinator to manage accounting and financial coordination across:

The role involves day-to-day accounting, fee collection, banking, auditor coordination, petty cash management, vendor payments, and financial reporting.

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
• Manage and reconcile school fee collections, transport fees, and other fee collections.
• Handle petty cash and maintain proper bills, vouchers, and records.
• Coordinate with banks and auditors/CA for financial and statutory requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor receipts, payments, and transactions.
• Maintain sales, purchases, expenses, refunds, receivables, and payables for e-commerce operations.
• Track programme-wise collections and expenses.
• Verify vendor invoices and coordinate vendor payments.
• Assist with monthly payroll and salary processing.
• Prepare monthly income & expense statements, collection reports, outstanding reports, and other MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital financial documentation.
