Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive (Manufacturing & Fabrication)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities.

- Maintain purchase and sales invoices.

- Process vendor bills and payments.

- Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts.

- Prepare GST data, TDS, and other statutory records.

- Maintain inventory-related accounting records.

- Coordinate with auditors and banks.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.

- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/fabrication company.

- Good knowledge of accounting principles.

- Experience with GST, TDS, E-invoicing, and E-way Bills.

- Working knowledge of the purchase process in a manufacturing environment.

- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or ERP systems.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred

- Experience in fabrication or engineering manufacturing industries.

- Ability to coordinate with production, stores, suppliers, and management.
