Job SummaryWe are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to handle invoice processing and payment-related activities for the Renault manufacturing operations at Oragadam. The candidate should have good knowledge of SAP and Accounts Payable processes.

• Major ResponsibilitiesHandle invoice booking in SAP accurately and within the required timelines.
• Perform invoice validation by checking invoice details, supporting documents, PO/GRN and applicable tax information.
• Carry out invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
• Process invoice payments as per company procedures and payment schedules.
• Verify invoices before booking and ensure proper approvals are available.
• Coordinate with vendors, purchase, stores and internal finance teams for invoice-related queries.
• Follow up on pending invoices, discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of invoices and payment transactions.
• Prepare and maintain MIS/reports related to invoice processing and payments.
• Ensure compliance with company finance and accounting procedures.
• Required SkillsSAP knowledge is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable and invoice processing.
• Knowledge of invoice booking, validation and reconciliation.
• Good understanding of PO, GRN and invoice matching.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/automotive environment.
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in Automotive / Manufacturing companies preferred.
• Experience in SAP-based invoice processing will be highly preferred.
• Male candidates only.
• Candidates who can work from the Oragadam, Chennai location are preferred.
