Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that integrate artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the deployment pipelines for both cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer works on incorporating generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in AI-driven initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to meet organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business needs.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines for AI applications.
- Strong understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to design scalable and production-ready AI systems.
- Knowledge of integrating AI solutions with on-premises and cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Machine Learning Operations.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
