Airtel HDO - Territory Manager (On-Roll)

Location: Chennai and Vellore

Salary: 5 LPA - 6.9 LPA

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Age: Maximum 35

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor Installation, Shifting, Reactivation & Fault Repair activities.

- Ensure timely resolution of customer service requests as per SLA/TAT.

- Manage and coordinate Wiremen, Engineers and field teams.

- Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of defined KPIs/targets.

- Ensure quality installation and minimize repeat/re-open complaints.

- Handle customer escalations and coordinate with internal teams for faster resolution.

- Monitor field-team performance through Airtel work platforms/apps.

- Ensure adherence to Airtel processes, SOP, safety and quality standards.

- Conduct regular audits and prepare productivity/performance reports.

- Identify process improvements to improve customer experience and service quality.

- Drive Serve-to-Sell / product pitching through field teams.

- Train and guide field resources for better productivity and service delivery.

Candidate Profile

- Any Degree and Diploma

- Strong experience in Broadband / FTTH / Fiber / Wi-Fi operations.

- Team handling and field operations experience.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Vendor / partner management experience preferred.

- Willingness to work in a field-based role.

- Candidates from Telecom / Broadband / DTH / Fiber background preferred.
