Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding how applications can support organizational goals, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet specific needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into functional applications, continuously refining and enhancing software to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- CPBA certified
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design and functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously evaluate existing applications to identify opportunities for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in application design and configuration to support business processes.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.

Additional Information:
