Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the developed solutions effectively support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to evolving project needs while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software products that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with database management systems and writing efficient queries.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our CDC5A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
