Job Description

Qualification Requirements:

·        3-10 Years of Experience in Modern Trade / FMCG Sales

·        Good Knowledge in Modern Trade and Retail segment

·        Strong Communication, Negotiation, Business development activities

·        Ability to work Independently

·        Willingness to Travel

Roles& Responsibilities:

·        Manage Modern Trade and Achieve Targets in assigned outlets

·        Develop and maintain strong relationship with Retail chains and Purchase incharges

·        Identify new Modern Trade business opportunities and expand product presence.

·        Ensure product listing, availability, visibility, and proper shelf placement across assigned stores.

·        Plan and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share

·        Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities

·        Ensure Timely Execution of Promotion, schemes and Trade Activities.
