Job Description
Manage day-to-day hub operations and ensure smooth Last Mile activities.
Handle rider onboarding, allocation, attendance, productivity, and performance.
Ensure daily delivery targets, TAT, SLA, and operational KPIs are achieved.
Manage and coordinate with delivery riders and hub manpower.
Monitor rider availability, absenteeism, backup requirements, and manpower planning.
Handle customer delivery issues, escalations, and operational challenges.
