Associate Enterprise Software Engineer
About the Role:
As an Associate Enterprise Software Engineer, you will embark on an exciting journey in software development. You'll support the creation and maintenance of software programs for end-user applications, under guidance. Your efforts will contribute to the functionality of applications used in crucial areas such as materials management, financial management, and HRIS, helping to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and maintaining software applications.
• Debug basic code under supervision.
• Execute unit tests and document results.
• Support software troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Participate in team meetings and code reviews.
• Prepare basic technical documentation.
• Learn and apply coding standards.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments.
• Perform initial deployment and basic configuration tasks.
• Respond to simple end-user queries regarding application functions.
Skills:
• Programming Languages: Familiarity with languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Basic Debugging: Ability to identify and resolve simple coding issues.
• Version Control Systems: Understanding of tools like Git.
• Unit Testing: Knowledge of basic unit testing methodologies.
• Technical Documentation: Ability to write simple technical documents.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborative skills to work within a project team.
• Basic Software Design: Understanding fundamental software design principles.
• End-User Support: Basic skills for addressing user queries and supporting application functionality.
