Simple Job Description
- Prepare and modify 2D AutoCAD drawings for residential and layout projects.
- Prepare plot layouts, site plans, road plans, dimensions, and development drawings.
- Convert survey/site measurements into accurate CAD drawings.
- Make revisions based on instructions from engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Maintain and update drawings as per project requirements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and follow company standards.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, Survey, and Legal teams when required.
- Maintain proper records of all drawings and project files.
- Assist in preparing drawings required for DTCP/CMDA/local authority approvals, where applicable.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned drawings.
