Job Opening: Back Office Executive Location: Korattur, Chennai


Employment Type: Full-Time


About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our authorized home appliance service center. The candidate will coordinate with technicians, customers, and the company portal to ensure smooth daily operations.


  • ResponsibilitiesAllocate service calls to technicians.
  • Follow up on open and pending service calls.
  • Update service status in the company portal.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain records.
  • Handle customer calls regarding service appointments and updates.
  • Coordinate with technicians for job completion and spare parts.
  • Maintain Excel sheets and documentation.
  • Download, organize, and upload service-related documents.
  • Assist with invoice processing and administrative tasks.
  • RequirementsMinimum qualification: Any Degree or Diploma.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Experience in a service center or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience handling customer service operations.
  • Ability to coordinate with field technicians.
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude.



Working HoursMonday to Saturday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Salary will be based on experience and performance.
