Job Description
Assist the baker and pastry team with day-to-day production; weigh, measure and arrange ingredients as instructed; assist with basic preparation work; arrange baking trays, moulds, utensils and equipment; pack, label and store finished products correctly; maintain cleanliness of worktables, floors, storage and production areas; organise ingredients and supplies; follow food-safety and hygiene practices; assist with receiving and arranging stock; and perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the bakery team.
