Job Description

An Accountant/Billing Executive manages an organization's daily financial transactions, generates accurate client invoices, and maintains up-to-date accounting records. [1, 2]



Key Responsibilities

  • Invoicing & Billing: Prepare, process, and issue accurate sales invoices, delivery challans, and client statements.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee accounts receivable and payable, track incoming payments, and manage customer/supplier ledgers.
  • Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations (BRS) and reconcile GST ledgers.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and periodic income/expense reports.
  • Dispute Resolution: Identify and resolve billing errors, discrepancies, and follow up on delayed payments.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST and adherence to regulatory standards. [1, 2, 3]
