Job Description
*Job Responsibilities:*
Source Fixed Deposits (FDs) from individual customers, HNIs, and potential investors.
Recruit, activate, and manage financial distributors, DSAs, CAs, and referral partners to generate FD business.
Build strong relationships with customers and distributors to achieve business targets.
Primary Focus: Fixed Deposit sourcing and business development.
Cross-Selling: Promote Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and General Insurance products to existing and prospective customers.
Generate leads through field visits, market mapping, customer referrals, and distributor networks.
Follow up with customers and distributors to improve business conversion.
Achieve monthly FD sourcing and cross-selling targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
*Candidate Profile:*
Experience: Freshers to 5 years in sales.
Candidates from NBFCs, banking, insurance, financial services, and other sales backgrounds are preferred.
Knowledge of FD sourcing and insurance cross-selling is an added advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to meet targets and develop new business opportunities.
