Commercial Building Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the operations and upkeep of a premium commercial building catering to Banks, Corporate Offices, and MNC tenants.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in commercial property maintenance, vendor coordination, building operations, and tenant management. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of all building services including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, safety systems, housekeeping, security coordination, and preventive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete building maintenance and facility operations
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and AMC service providers
• Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Handle tenant requirements and maintain professional tenant relations
• Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lift, DG, and fire safety systems
• Maintain records, reports, compliance, and statutory requirements
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and common area management
• Ensure high standards of upkeep suitable for Banks & MNC tenants

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years experience in commercial building/facility management
• Experience handling corporate office or bank properties preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage teams, vendors, and daily operations independently
• Basic knowledge of safety and statutory compliance
