Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) at Udaan is primarily responsible for B2B field sales, merchant acquisition, and growing the platform's footprint among retailers, shopkeepers, and suppliers

  • .Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing retail and supplier partners to drive repeat orders.
  • Market Research & Pitching: Identify new business opportunities, analyze local market competition, and explain product categories, pricing, and platform benefits.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily sales visits, order booking, and monthly revenue/growth quotas.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution for clients.
