Business Development Executive

We are a growing consulting firm where we drive consulting & investment banking.

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and results-driven professional to drive our outbound calling, lead generation, and client-coordination efforts.

The role offers direct client interaction, clear performance incentives, and a growth path into senior business-development and account-management roles.

Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

•     Making outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and campaigns

•     Explaining the firm’s services (taxation, compliance, advisory) clearly and persuasively

•     Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings or callbacks for senior consultants

•     Maintaining call records and updating lead status in the CRM / tracker

Sales & Conversion

•     Following up consistently on enquiries to move leads toward closure

•     Achieving monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and conversions

•     Handling objections confidently and escalating complex queries appropriately

•     Sharing proposals, quotations, and brochures with interested prospects

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

•     Coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure timely follow-through

•     Maintaining relationships with existing clients for renewals and referrals

•     Collecting feedback and reporting market responses to the sales lead

Reporting & Record-Keeping

•     Preparing daily / weekly call and sales reports

•     Keeping the lead database accurate and up to date
