💼 JOB ROLEWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives to onboard restaurants and food outlets to OWNLY.
If you enjoy field sales, meeting new people, and achieving targets, this opportunity is for you! 🚀
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIESVisit restaurants and food outlets in assigned areas.
- Generate leads and identify potential restaurant partners.
- Explain OWNLY's products, features, benefits, and commercial terms.
- Complete KYC, documentation, and partner onboarding.
- Ensure smooth handover to the Operations & Support team.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales trackers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding & revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
- 👤 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Food Tech, FMCG, Fintech, E-commerce, or similar sectors is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
💰 SALARY & BENEFITS
💵 CTC: Up to ₹29,000/month
💰 In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000/month
🛵 Travel Allowance: ₹2,500/month
🎁 Incentives: Up to ₹20,000/month
