Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Business Development Executive with good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates with basic knowledge of Business Development, lead generation, client handling, and lead closure are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential business leads through various channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and explain the company's services.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Handle client enquiries and maintain professional relationships.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their business requirements.
- Maintain lead databases and update follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned business development and lead conversion targets.
Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Business Development and client handling.
- Knowledge of lead generation, follow-ups, and lead closure.
- Freshers like interns, and experienced(with proven records) candidates can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in sales or business development will have an added advantage.
Work Requirement
- Hybrid work arrangement.
- Must have a laptop and stable internet connection.
- Willingness to attend office meetings or client visits whenever required.
