Business Development Executive (BDE)

 Business Development Manager (BDM) 

 Job Responsibilities:

1. Visit client locations to meet prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.

2. Explain company products and digital marketing services clearly to clients.

3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.

4. Generate new business leads through field visits and direct client interaction.

5. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.

6. Prepare and present proposals and business pitches to prospective clients.

7. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.

9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client meetings.

10. Represent the company professionally during meetings 11. Meet and exceed sales targets with a strong target-oriented mindset. 

 Requirements:

* Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales / Business Development

* Must own a 2-wheeler for client visits

* Must have a personal laptop

* Must be fluent in Tamil and English

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Sales-driven and target-oriented approach

* Ability to work independently and handle field sales responsibilities
