Job Description

We are looking for a confident and proactive Female Business Development Executive to support the company's B2B business development activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities for the company's food products.
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, references, market research, and other business development channels.
  • Identify potential corporate clients, institutions, and other B2B customers.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and convert opportunities into business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings, project discussions, business events, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Travel to client locations whenever required for business development activities.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Understand market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Corporate Sales / Food & FMCG / Hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to client locations whenever required
