S.R.Scales is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to independently manage recruitment, HR operations, employee performance and daily administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, punctuality and office discipline.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, PF, ESI and statutory compliance.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs and company procedures.
- Monitor employee KPIs, productivity and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts and Administration departments.
- Handle employee grievances, training and retention activities.
- Maintain HR records, recruitment trackers and employee databases.
- Prepare weekly HR reports and monthly management dashboards.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned HR and administrative tasks.
