As a Business Partner, you will handle customer enquiries, convert prospective customers into confirmed orders and coordinate the execution of painting projects through your network of skilled painters.

Aapkapainter will support you with prospective customer leads, inside sales and customer onboarding teams, professional colour consultancy and a technology platform to manage quotations, projects and payments.

With the right approach to customer conversion and project execution, you have the potential to earn ₹50,000+ per month.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Sales

● Attend customer leads provided by Aapkapainter promptly.

● Visit prospective customers, understand their painting requirements and assess site conditions.

● Prepare and share quotations using Aapkapainter's technology platform.

● Follow up with prospective customers, negotiate and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

● Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.

2. Project Execution & Coordination

● Coordinate the execution of confirmed painting projects.

● Identify, empanel and manage a reliable network of skilled painters and supervisors.

● Ensure the availability of the right workforce for ongoing projects.

● Monitor project progress, timelines and quality of work.

● Address on-site challenges and resolve customer concerns.

● Ensure a smooth project experience and customer satisfaction.

3. Workforce & Partner Management

● Build and maintain relationships with painting contractors and skilled painters.

● Ensure workforce productivity and availability.

● Develop the capacity to manage multiple painting projects simultaneously.

● Maintain professional standards and adherence to Aapkapainter's service guidelines.

4. Business Development

● Take ownership of business growth within the assigned locality.

● Work towards achieving revenue and lead conversion targets.

● Identify opportunities to expand customer reach through local references and networks.

● Coordinate regularly with Aapkapainter's internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience● Graduate or diploma preferred.

● 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, customer relationship management or operations preferred.

● Experience in painting services, painting products, construction, interiors or home improvement will be an added advantage.

● Fresh candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Other Requirements● Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler mandatory.

● Willingness to travel within the assigned geography.

● Comfortable using smartphones and technology-based business applications.
