Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Dial prospective clients or warm leads from a provided database.
  • Pitching & Qualifying: Introduce company products or services and assess client interest.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer hesitations professionally and persuasively.
  • Scheduling: Fix and confirm calendar appointments for the sales or business development team.
  • CRM Updates: Log call outcomes, notes, and lead statuses accurately in the database.
