Job Description
Billing & Transactions: Handle high-volume billing using POS (Point of Sale) systems. Scan items accurately and ensure prices match the system.
Payment Processing: Accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, UPI/QR codes, and food coupons/vouchers.
Cash Management: Count the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts to ensure amounts are correct and there are no discrepancies.
Customer Service: Greet customers politely, answer queries regarding product prices or locations, and handle returns/exchanges according to company policy.
Security & Compliance: Perform mandatory checks for counterfeit currency and ensure all security tags are removed or deactivated after payment.
Bagging & Maintenance: Pack items carefully to prevent damage and maintain a clean, organized billing counter.
