Job Title CCTV & ELV Technician


Job RoleWe are looking for an experienced CCTV & ELV Technician who will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service of security and ELV systems at client sites.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, test, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and surveillance systems.
  • Install and maintain Access Control Systems, including biometric devices, RFID/card readers, door controllers, and related equipment.
  • Handle installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Boom Barriers and Parking Management Systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Fire Alarm Systems and related field devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, cabling, power supply, connectivity, and device-related issues.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at client locations.
  • Identify and resolve system breakdowns and technical complaints within the required timeline.
  • Handle basic IP networking, including switches, LAN connectivity, IP addressing, and network troubleshooting.
  • Conduct site visits for installation, breakdown calls, maintenance, and service requirements.
  • Prepare service reports, installation reports, checklists, and other required documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth completion of technical activities.
  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain professional conduct at client sites.
  • Required SkillsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in CCTV / ELV / Security Systems.
  • Practical knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, Access Control, Fire Alarm and Boom Barrier systems.
  • Basic knowledge of IP networking, LAN, switches and cable termination.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field work.

QualificationITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or a relevant technical field.
