Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily civil and interior work at project sites.
  • Coordinate and manage workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
  • Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
  • Read and understand drawings, measurements, and site requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, designers, and project managers.
  • Take site measurements and prepare basic work updates.
  • Monitor material requirements and usage at the site.
  • Identify site issues and report them to the management.
  • Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
  • Maintain daily site reports and work records.
  • Ensure the project is completed according to quality, timeline, and client requirements..
