Job Summary

We are looking for a Clinical Sales Engineer who is interested in building a career in medical device sales. The role involves visiting hospitals and healthcare professionals, understanding their requirements, demonstrating medical equipment and developing strong relationships with doctors, surgeons and hospital teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions regularly for business development.

* Meet doctors, surgeons, biomedical teams, purchase teams and hospital management to understand their requirements.

* Present and demonstrate medical devices and explain their features, applications and benefits.

* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

* Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.

* Build and maintain good professional relationships with doctors and hospital personnel.

* Coordinate product demonstrations, trials and evaluations at hospitals.

* Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for orders and deliveries.

* Follow up on existing customers and support them after installation/supply.

* Maintain regular sales reports, customer records and visit updates.

* Travel within Chennai and, when required, to other locations for customer visits and demonstrations.

* Work closely with the technical and management teams to ensure smooth customer support.

What We Are Looking For

* Biomedical Engineering graduates are preferred.

* Candidates from ECE, EEE or related engineering backgrounds with a genuine interest in medical devices and sales may also apply.

* Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, technical sales or a related field are preferred.

* Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in medical technology and sales can also be considered.

* Should be comfortable with field work, hospital visits and meeting doctors.

* Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Should be confident in explaining technical products to customers.

* Should have a sales-oriented mindset, willingness to learn and ability to follow up consistently.

* Basic knowledge of medical equipment/healthcare industry will be an advantage.

* Should be willing to join immediately or at short notice.

* Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence would be preferred for regular field travel.
