CNC Laser Cutting

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Laser Cutting Operator to operate CNC laser cutting machines and produce high-precision components as per engineering drawings and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor CNC Laser Cutting Machines.

Set up machines, load materials and select appropriate cutting parameters.

Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.

Perform laser cutting of different materials according to job requirements.

Check cut components for dimensional accuracy and quality.

Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and cutting issues.

Ensure proper material loading, job alignment and machine settings.

Maintain proper housekeeping and follow workplace safety procedures.

Perform routine machine checks and report maintenance requirements.

Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

AMADA CNC Laser Cutting Machines

Fiber & CO₂ Laser Machines

Mild Steel – up to 25 mm

Stainless Steel & Aluminium – up to 12 mm

Copper & Brass – up to 6 mm

Maximum bed size: 1500 × 3000 mm

Machine capacity: Up to 4 kW

Candidate Profile

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related technical trade preferred.

Experience in CNC Laser Cutting / Sheet Metal Fabrication preferred.

Ability to read engineering drawings.

Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and cutting parameters.

Good attention to detail and quality.

Willingness to work in shifts if required.
