Job Description
Job Title: Collection Officer – Bajaj Auto Credit
Location: Across Tamil Nadu
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Collections/Recovery
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle collection and recovery activities for assigned loan accounts.
- Conduct field visits and follow up with customers for overdue payments.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate collection records and update customer payment status.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and collection processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
