Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Team Leader to manage a team of collection executives, achieve collection targets, monitor team performance, and ensure effective customer handling.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the collection team to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor daily collection performance and team productivity.
• Handle escalated customer cases and resolve collection-related issues.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with customers regarding overdue payments.
• Track team attendance, punctuality, and daily work reports.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to improve performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and professional collection practices.
• Coordinate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
