Job Vacancy – Computer Operator & Office Correspondence Executive
Location: Medavakkam, Chennai
We are looking for a skilled and responsible candidate with good computer knowledge and office administration skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day computer operations and office documentation.
- Draft professional letters, emails, quotations, and other business correspondence.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage data entry.
- Handle official communications and documentation efficiently.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and other business contacts.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email, and internet usage.
- Excellent English drafting and correspondence skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in geology-related work or a Geologist background will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing near Medavakkam, Chennai, are preferred.
