Job Description
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers and branches.
Contact customers regarding orders, feedback, complaints and service-related queries.
Follow up with customers and resolve their queries professionally.
Coordinate with store branches and Admin Office for customer requirements.
Maintain customer details, call records and follow-up status in MS Excel/CRM software.
Make regular follow-up calls and update the status.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department.
Maintain daily call reports and prepare basic MIS reports.
Support the Admin team in day-to-day CRM and backend activities.
Good communication and basic MS Excel knowledge required.
Candidates with customer handling / telecalling / CRM experience are preferred.
