Are you a growth-driven leader with a strong sales mindset and a passion for building lasting customer relationships?

At GameNation, were looking for a Customer Relationship Management Executive who can drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and lead high-performing sales teams, all while staying closely connected to our gaming community.

In this role, youll own the growth pipeline end-to-end: from identifying opportunities and closing deals and refining sales strategies that scale the business.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Business Growth & Revenue Strategy: Own and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and unlock new opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Building: Connect with new and existing customers through outbound calls, understand their needs, and build long-lasting, meaningful relationships that strengthen customer loyalty.
• Strategic Sales Engagement: Promote Game Nation's products with confidence, spark customer interest, and follow up on leads to successfully convert them into satisfied buyers. Your role directly drives the company's growth.
• Opportunity Identification & Upselling: Recognize customer needs, spot opportunities, and make the right product recommendations all while working toward team and individual sales targets.
• Fluency in spoken Hindi is mandatory.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales or sales related field.
• Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Your communication skills will help bridge any gaps and connect with a diverse audience.
