About Ridh Fabric Industry

Ridh Fabric Industry is a wholesale fabric business serving tailors, boutiques, designers, retail shops, and other fabric buyers. We are looking for a CRM Executive to build customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and support customer follow-ups.

Job ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities

  • Contact potential designers, tailoring shops, boutiques, and fabric buyers through phone calls.
  • Introduce our fabric collections, products, and latest materials to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
  • Generate new business leads and support order conversions.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding fabric requirements and orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and business clients.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate customer requirements to the team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer enquiries and orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records.
  • Update CRM/customer databases regularly.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone communication.
  • Interest in customer relationship management and sales coordination.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to maintain customer records and follow-ups.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Details

Location: Egmore, Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:15 AM – 7:30 PM
