Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer details and records in the CRM system.
- Track leads, enquiries, site visits, bookings, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for lead follow-up.
- Monitor customer follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints.
- Maintain booking, payment, agreement, and documentation records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Track pending payments and coordinate with customers when required.
- Coordinate with the legal, accounts, and documentation teams.
- Manage the post-sales process and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM data.
