- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
- Experience in developing and maintaining software applications using IBM AS/400 RPG III.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integrating custom software solutions within larger system architectures.
- Skilled in optimizing code for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
