As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly across various systems and applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and efficient software delivery is a key aspect, alongside troubleshooting and refining software to optimize performance and reliability within dynamic project environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration tools.
- Ability to develop and manage APIs to facilitate seamless communication between diverse software systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern frameworks to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
