Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes assisting in designing software configurations and customizing solutions to align with business process designs and application needs. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that software implementations support organizational objectives effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software configurations with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of cost controlling and profitability analysis within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP CO and other SAP modules such as FI and MM.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
