Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application solutions meet the required standards and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by managing development schedules effectively.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience through iterative feedback.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development (FED).
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with responsive design principles to create applications compatible across various devices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues to maintain application stability.
- Familiarity with version control systems to manage codebase efficiently.
- Understanding of user interface design and usability best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Front End Development (FED).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
